Pittsburgh Connector Program
The Pittsburgh Connector Program grows networks and addresses workforce needs by connecting immigrants with established professionals in the Pittsburgh area. Through this program, a foreign-born community member (Connectee) — who has valuable skills and professional experience but lacks an extensive professional network — will be matched with a Pittsburgher (Connector) in their field of expertise for a networking opportunity.
Immigrant Workforce Program
The Immigrant Workforce Program introduces immigrant and refugee job seekers to the American job market and provides them with the essential skills and competencies necessary to succeed in both the job search and in the workplace. The 9-week program is offered as a collaboration between JFCS Career Development Center, Literacy Pittsburgh, and All for All.
Immigrant leadership cohort
Out Immigrant Leadership Cohort, offered in collaboration with the Women & Girls Foundation and Carlow University, provided tools to support emerging as well as established immigrant community leaders. Participants received training in the fundamentals of advocacy, coalition building, and external communications.
immigrant & refugee artisans booth
The All for All Immigrant and Refugee Artisans Booth helps connect artisans in the Pittsburgh Area with opportunities to display and sell their work at a variety of local events. All for All works with the artists to develop their craft business and provides them with the tools to better market and advertise their products, including their social media/online skills.
