IN’DEA CARTER   Economic Development Coordinator  In'dea, All for All’s Economic Development + Housing Coordinator, is working to improve equity and remove barriers to success by helping regional institutions coordinate efforts to advance economic development opportunities. LUCY CONTE   Health & Food Access Coordintor  Lucy strives to make health and wellness resources more inclusive to immigrants and refugees in Pittsburgh. While a student at the University of Virginia, she led community health workshops for under-served youth and parents. After graduating with a B.A. in Global Security & Justice and Arabic Language, she relocated to Pittsburgh to serve with Compass AmeriCorps as a refugee case manager at a local resettlement agency. Before coming western Pennsylvania, she graduated from Kutztown University in the Lehigh Valley area, obtaining her degree in anthropology. VARSHA RAMASUBRAMANIAN   Community Engagement Coordinator  Varsha is using a social work framework and anti-oppression principles to advance community engagement and build spaces that are safe, intersectional, and empower immigrants and other Pittsburghers who have identities that are marginalized. Varsha identifies as a Tamil-American immigrant and feels passionate about community engagement and collective liberation, because of their own experiences with their identities, as well as through their work as a board member with their university’s chapter of United Students Against Sweatshops, a student-led labor rights organization, and as a summer camp counselor and program intern with ARYSE, an organization dedicated to empowering refugee and immigrant youth in Pittsburgh.
